Planning other efficiency upgrades? If so, your incentive values may increase

Here at EMC we are always working to maximize your incentive values and help you put more money towards your bottom line. When working with our utility contacts, the following question often comes up: "Are they doing anything else?"

We are seeing more utilities offer enhanced incentives for implementing more than one energy efficiency upgrade. The Northeast is just one example of an area that will increase your incentive dollars when you implement multiple measures. New York's state program, NYSERDA, also allows you to bundle several projects, including various measures in order to meet their threshold, when applying through their program.

If you are currently planning other efficiency improvements in addition to your lighting retrofit, it is important to engage your utility reps or us here at EMC to see how we can maximize your rebate potential. In many cases, we can get you a higher incentive than what you had originally planned.
