Fortune 500 Department Store Chain
Seeking lowered energy consumption, improved store aesthetics and reduced maintenance costs, a Fortune 500 department store chain sought complete interior lighting upgrades for hundreds of stores as a multi-year project.
After a Fortune 500 retailer looked to EMC for energy efficient LED lighting + controls + IoT solutions for hundreds of its store locations, it was no surprise when their drive for sustainability led them to upgrade their four building, 1.5 million square foot headquarters.
Having recently purchased the parking facility, the owner needed to quickly bring the 24/7 self-park facility up to the company’s standards for energy usage, attractiveness and safety. Since new LED lighting could accomplish all of these objectives, the owner called in EMC to deliver speed of execution and maximized results.
